CABIN PREFERENCES
Cabins are priced per person, but assumes 2 people to a cabin. Singles pay a double rate. Quoted rates INCLUDE taxes & port fees. Please call for an exact quote. Prices start at $866.90 per person. There is a $75 per person seminar fee that will be added to the total. Interested in an oceanview stateroom or suite? Need a cabin for 3, 4 or 5 guests?

Insurance
Fox Travel, Inc. appreciates your business. As a valued customer, we want to ensure that your trip is both pleasant and trouble free. However, you should be aware that unanticipated problems might occur either before or during your trip and over which Fox Travel, Inc. has no control or responsibility. These problems could involve: (1) you, (2) your immediate family members (who might not be traveling with you), (3) your traveling companion or (4) immediate family members of your traveling companion (who also might not be traveling with you).

For your protection, Fox Travel, Inc. strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance available through either your chosen travel vendor or through a third-party insurance provider. Such insurance may cover trip cancellation or interruption for any reason or only for specific reasons (including that caused by pre-existing medical conditions), lost luggage, accidents, default by the travel supplier, medical treatment /evacuation, and other contingencies. Fox Travel, Inc. cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss resulting from your decision not to purchase travel insurance or which insurance you do decide to purchase.
Travel Insurance is $95 per person for interior cabins, $119 per person for Balcony cabins. Insurance for larger suites may be a little higher.

Gratuities

Carnival charges you $11.50 per day minimum (per person) for a tip that goes directly to your room steward & your waiter (they split this with their assistants). This will appear on your final bill on the ship. You can, however, prepay this now if you would like.

Dining Preference
As a group, we choose the “early” dining option. The group will be seated together in the same area of the dining room. We ask that all guests please sit at your SAME table every evening. This is best for our waiters who strive to learn our preferences and cater to our needs. If you prefer “late” dining, you may choose this option, but please note that the group as a whole will be in the “early” seating for dinner.

Air With A Cruise (Optional)

1. General flight, directly through the cruiseline: Although there are advantages to booking air directly through a cruiseline, you should be aware of the following:
If the air travel is provided by the cruiseline, we have NO control over it. There is NO guarantee of the airline to be flown, the flight times, the seat assignments, the route to be flown (i.e. whether or not the flight will be non-stop or change/s of planes required), etc. After the flights have been ticketed by the cruiseline and we have received the airline tickets along with all your other travel documents, we will request seat assignments directly with the airline, subject to availability at that time.

2. Specific flight: If you require specific flight arrangements, they may either be made through the cruiseline for an “air deviation fee,” typically $50 per person,

3. The air may be booked directly through this travel agency at the then prevailing cost

4. You may make your own air arrangements yourself independently.
