  • If you do not wish to make a reservation but would still like to use chartered bus or on-site parking services, you still need to fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

HOW:  A Chartered Bus service

WHEN:  10:30am, May 6th (time subject to change)

PRICES: $10.00 per person (each way)

 

OTHER TRANSPORTATION

• Flying in?

- Transportation from the airport – Free DoubleTree Hotel van service (approx 1 mile)

Airport Shuttle (two options):

1-Use courtesy phone in Baggage Claim area after luggage is retrieved – let operator know which terminal to send driver

2-Call main number (281-848-4000) from personal cell phone after luggage is retrieved – let operator know which terminal to send driver

- Transportation from the hotel to the cruise terminal – the Chartered bus service – $10 per person, each way

- Flying in the day of the cruise, Carnival Shuttle service – (register online in advance)

 

  • Driving in?

- Free parking for the week with Hotel group package

- $15 parking for the week if you did not purchase a group package

- Dinner included in the hotel package, but may be purchased for $35 separately (If you live in the area and would like to attend the dinner AND ride with the group to the cruise terminal, you may purchase these separately from DoubleTree without the hotel room – $35 dinner + $15 parking.)

AFTER WE GET BACK FROM THE CRUISE:

  • If you are flying back you will need to sign up for the Carnival Shuttle Return Service. (This shuttle will NOT go to the hotel).
  • If you drove & need to go back to the hotel, you will need to purchase the Chartered Bus service for $10 per person. (This shuttle will NOT go to the airport)
  • If you are staying over an extra night at the DoubleTree, you will need to purchase the Chartered Shuttle for $10 per person.  The free DoubleTree van service will take you to the airport when you are ready to leave.  These arrangements must be made by you with the DoubleTree hotel.
